模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)常(chang)用固(gu)定模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)移动(dong)模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、固(gu)定模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)又分为前模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(或头板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)),后模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(尾板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)),模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用是与(yu)4 根哥林柱组成的(de)(de)刚性框架(jia),形(xing)成容模空间。锁紧模具(ju)时(shi),模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)要承受弯曲应(ying)力和(he)压(ya)缩变形(xing)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,因此,模板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)就当具(ju)有如下特性:

1) 模板(ban)选用韧性(xing)好(hao)、刚性(xing)好(hao)的铸钢或球磨(mo)(mo)铸铁材(cai)料制造,以保(bao)证有足够的韧性(xing)和刚度以及(ji)耐磨(mo)(mo)性(xing)能(neng)。

2) 模(mo)(mo)板的(de)(de)(de)外形(xing)(xing)结(jie)构尺寸设(she)计(ji)是将固(gu)定(ding)模(mo)(mo)板设(she)计(ji)成(cheng)平(ping)面(mian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian),截面(mian)有支撑筋结(jie)构等(deng),以克服工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)时要(yao)承受(shou)的(de)(de)(de)弯曲(qu)应力。模(mo)(mo)板的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)面(mian)要(yao)经过退(tui)火,模(mo)(mo)板的(de)(de)(de)机械加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)粗(cu)糙度不大于1.25 μm。机械加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)时,应分粗(cu)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)和精(jing)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)两次进行,以减少机加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)后的(de)(de)(de)变形(xing)(xing)和保证(zheng)各部位的(de)(de)(de)相互(hu)位置的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度要(yao)求。

3) 模(mo)板与(yu)哥林柱装配是滑(hua)动配合(he),采用的(de)(de)(de)H7/f7配合(he)制,同步精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu)较(jiao)高,所以模(mo)板上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)4 个(ge)装配孔和(he)工(gong)作平面要求(qiu)在镗床上(shang)一次装夹(jia)完成加(jia)工(gong)成型,以保证4 个(ge)孔的(de)(de)(de)中心线(xian)对称的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu),以保证模(mo)板工(gong)作面与(yu)移(yi)动模(mo)板(上(shang)模(mo)具的(de)(de)(de)合(he)模(mo)面)的(de)(de)(de)不平行精(jing)度(du)要求(qiu)。

4) 活动模板与滑(hua)板轨道之(zhi)间采用滑(hua)脚结构,在滑(hua)脚与轨道之(zhi)间,通(tong)过润滑(hua)油形(xing)成油模效应,产(chan)生油膜(mo),形(xing)成良好的滑(hua)动配(pei)合,而活动模板与滑(hua)脚的调节装置,可(ke)以(yi)进行适时(shi)的调节有(you)些机型(xing)还(hai)增加(jia)导轨钢带以(yi)防止机架之(zhi)间的过度磨损,常见(jian)的滑(hua)脚有(you)以(yi)下4 种形(xing)式。具体如下:

①调节装置(zhi)在(zai)动模板底部(bu),通过上部(bu)调节螺(luo)丝(si)调节轨(gui)道滑(hua)板与滑(hua)脚的(de)间隙;

②调(diao)(diao)节装置也(ye)在动模板底部,通过上(shang)、下(xia)部调(diao)(diao)节螺丝调(diao)(diao)节轨道(dao)的滑板与(yu)滑脚的间隙(xi);

③调节(jie)(jie)装置(zhi)在动模(mo)板侧面,通过调节(jie)(jie)螺丝调节(jie)(jie)轨道的滑板与滑脚的间隙;

④调节(jie)装(zhuang)置在动模板的下(xia)面,通过调节(jie)滑脚斜(xie)铁来调节(jie)间隙。
